Why did I create this unique program?

 

In 2020, I collapsed in a dark and dismal Long Covid journey for 5 months. I never knew if I would ever be normal again and it was the scariest time of my life.  I became so weak that on one particular day, I had to borrow a wheelchair to take my children to Lapland UK.

I was so desperate to get better and be “ME” again…the Shiny Happy person that my family and friends remembered me as.  I refused to accept that chronic ill-health, depression and anxiety was going to be my destiny. I became determined to find the answers myself during a time where no-one had any answers for me. I spent tens of thousands of pounds on treatments, specialists, therapists, modalities and nutrition and I pieced together the healing jigsaw, resulting in a full recovery.  

I know that there are millions of people suffering and most of them are perhaps not fortunate enough to try everything I had access to. It is my mission to help anyone suffering from debilitating energy, post viral or self-limiting conditions that are preventing them from living a full, happy life.  I have an overwhelming sense of purpose after my experience.  I had to go through that darkness to spread light and give hope to help others in similar situations and to reassure them that it is totally possible for them to recover too, with my nurturing and guidance.
